Ruth's Foundation
Our Mission
The RUTH Foundation is the charitable arm of Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc. which includes our Ruth's Chris Steak House, Mitchell's/ Columbus Fish Market, and Mitchell's/ Cameron's Steakhouse brands. The foundation is dedicated to supporting causes in the communities in which we operate our restaurants. The foundation also provides support through our restaurants and our Home Office to organizations and programs addressing issues that affect our employees and guests.
The main goal of the foundation is to support programs that educate restaurant industry workers and leaders, assist first responders during and after community crisis, and support restaurant industry food programs through Share our Strength, which manages programs that ensure that no child goes hungry.

This legacy was given to us by Ruth's Chris Steak House late founder, Ruth Fertel. We honor her giving spirit each day by working with organizations that make a difference for our employees, our guests, and the citizens in the communities we call home. We accomplish our mission through supporting humanitarian efforts that are chosen through a grant making program by our Foundation Board of Directors.
